Delivery Times
Most orders take 6 business days for production and 3-4 business days to be delivered. Please allow extra time for international orders. The shipping rate is dependent on the print lab, shipping address and items in the package (weight).

Physical Product Policy
Return & Replacement Policy – Physical Products
All physical artwork and fine art print orders are custom produced to order. Because each item is made specifically for the customer, all physical product sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to production, fulfillment, or shipping error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at gary@mrwashingtongallery.com with:
Your order number
A written description of the issue
Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item
Photos of packaging (if damage occurred during transit)
Approved Claims
If the issue is verified as a production defect, fulfillment error, or shipping-related damage:
A replacement will be produced and shipped at no additional cost
Refunds are not provided for approved replacement claims unless otherwise required by law
Non-Returnable Items
Because all physical prints are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
Buyer’s remorse / change of mind
Incorrect size or product selection chosen by customer
Minor color variation due to monitor/display differences
Orders where no verified defect or fulfillment error exists
Claim Review
Mr. Washington Gallery reserves the right to review and verify all damage/defect claims before approving replacement.
Claims submitted without sufficient documentation may be denied.

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final and non-refundable once files have been delivered or made available for download.
Because digital products cannot be physically returned, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for digital download purchases except where required by applicable law.

Order Verification
To help protect against unauthorized claims and digital misuse, we may review delivery and download records when evaluating support requests or payment disputes. Refunds may be denied where records indicate successful file delivery or download access.
